GTA Sales Representative

The Exchange Brewery is looking for a motivated individual to be our GTA sales representative, with minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and preferably with a history of alcohol sales. We are currently expanding and looking for a hardworking person to join our team – someone who can maintain and grow current relationships with existing clients in the GTA, as well as add new licensees and LCBO accounts.

Responsibilities would include:
– Maintain current relationships (including order taking and updates on new products) and look for new avenues to grow
– Grow LCBO sales in the Toronto area
– Introduce our beer to new potential licensee customers
– Help co-ordinate local events
– Occasionally deliver products
– Track sales activities, invoices and inventory
– Develop weekly sales call and follow through
– Report to management weekly for updates
– Potential to expand sales role into product types beyond beer

What we are looking for:
– Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in the alcohol/hospitality industry
– Strong self-motivator
– Comfortable with cold calls
– Knowledge of draught systems and in-depth knowledge of beer
–  Smart Serve certified
– Able to work independently
– Access to vehicle
– Comfortable with AGCO rules
– Highly organized
– Able to work evenings and some weekends

Compensation: We offer competitive base salary plus commission
