Dry with a light fruity nose. This beer may be the cross-over point for some wine drinkers. Fermented with our house Belgian ale yeast then aged in French oak barrels with brettanomyces. Straw-gold in colour with a big Bretty nose. Big notes of pineapple, coconut and vanilla blend together with funk. The finish is nice and dry.

HOPS: Amarillo, Crystal, Hallertau and Tettnang.
