This beer was brewed with our friends at Lallemand Brewing with their Farmhouse Ale yeast for one of the first commercial trials in Canada. A blend of 6-row barley, wheat, rye and noble hops complete our agrarian motif. To further the old-world tradition, we aged this brew in oak barrels for 1 year with a mixed culture of wild yeasts.

Lallepalooza combines the latest innovations in hybrid yeasts with the wild and funky to create a tart ale with notes of tropical and stone fruits.
