A blend of barrel-aged saison, aged with raspberries, hibiscus, lemongrass, ginger and Niagara grapes. This brew was blended by the women of The Exchange Brewery for International Women’s Day 2024. All proceeds from this brew will be donated to the NPCF.
ABV: 4.8%| IBU: 15
ExB Taproom Manager Tasting Notes: Nose is fresh raspberry, light mercaptan funk. Deep orange/ light pink in colour, medium light body. Mouthfeel is juicy, light acidity on sides of mouth. Ginger and lemongrass more subtle than raspberry and wine grape flavours. Off-dry finish.
