At The Exchange Brewery, we take any form of workplace harassment very seriously. We have our own set of policies that we try our best to hold ourselves accountable to. Since our opening in 2016, our policies have continuously improved and will continue to improve, to ensure that all our staff members feel comfortable bringing any issues forward.
