Are you open on Holidays?
Yes! We close on Christmas day only, the brewery is open for every other holiday throughout the calendar year!
Do you take reservations?
Yes, we take reservations for certain locations in the brewery, see reservable areas below:
Main-Floor Bar
Here you will find bar seating only, reservations are not available for the main floor bar area
Second Level Dining-Room
You can reserve here!
There is only stair access to the 2nd level, if you have mobility concerns please include in the notes of your reservation and we can reserve a seated dinning area on the main level
Patio overlooking Simcoe Park
Advance reservations are not available for the patio, outdoor seating is weather dependent. Reservations placed for the dinning room will be prioritized for the patio when we are able to accommodate
Can your kitchen accommodate my dietary restrictions/requests?
We are NOT a nut free facility; we can eliminate nuts from menu items but cannot guarantee against cross contamination
- We are a shellfish free facility
- We have a variety of gluten free items as well as gluten free bread for sandwiches. We also have a certified gluten free beer on tap. We do NOT have gluten free pizza crusts.
- We can accommodate both vegetarian and dairy free requests!
Do you serve alcoholic beverages other than beer?
Yes! We carry a variety of local wines, local hard ciders and rotating cocktails.
We also have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages like N/A Beer, N/A cider, juices, sparkling water, sodas, mocktails and more!
Do you have any food & beverage specials?
Sundays -> we feature 32oz pitchers on special
Tuesdays -> all food is discounted 20% with the purchase of a beverage *dine in only
Thursdays – > $29 pizza and pint combo
Yes we are family friendly! We welcome children of all ages, we kindly ask that children are not seated at the main level bar and suggest a table accompanied by a responsible adult. We do not have high chairs on site.
Can I bring my dog?
Service dogs are welcome in all areas of the brewery; non-service dogs are welcome in our retail shop for purchases to go. For dine-in non-service dogs are welcome on our patio only open seasonally.
Our Patio typically opens early Spring in April and is open to late fall in October. The patio has propane heaters and a covered awning but remains open depending on weather. To be sure the patio is open when you visit please give us a call at the brewery (905) 468-9888, especially if you’re planning on brining a furry friend with you!
The Exchange Brewery is the perfect venue for your next event! Private event hosts can rent out the upstairs level of the brewery, patio included! We host tours of our production facility every Saturday and Sunday at 3pm. Visit

Are you accessible or do you have an elevator?
We do not have an elevator, the 2nd level of the brewery (main dining room) is only accessible via a staircase. If you’re planning a visit give us a call and we can reserve you a table on the 1st level of the brewery.
Do you sell your beer to go?
Our beer is available for purchase to go in multiple locations:
On site in our retail shop
We ship our beer throughout Ontario, visit our online store here (insert link to bottle shop here) to get our beer sent to you! We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200.00, a flat rate of $30 shipping is applied to all orders under $200.
