A Saison inspired by the traditional beers of Northern France and Southern Belgium. Mild herbal and floral hop aromas complement our house yeast character. It has a light malt base from the barley grown on our own farm. The secondary fermentation in the bottle provides lively effervescence and creates a dry peppery finish.
