This reserve blend showcases select barrels from our cellar, each aged for more than five years to enhance flavour complexity and the distinct characteristics imparted by wild yeast. It presents balanced notes of fig, date, and balsamic vinegar, complemented by pronounced funky and sour candy elements throughout.
Peach Spontaneous Ale | Lambic-style Sour Ale | 7% ABV
Notes Of Nectarine
This blend was fermented and aged in red wine barrels for 30 months before the addition of peaches. The secondary fermentation with the fruit brings out the acidity of fresh, ripe peaches and notes of nectarine.

The Exchange is a premium brewery and tasting room located in Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Old Town heritage district. Although the town is known as the heart of Ontario’s wine country, it is also the scene of a burgeoning craft-brewing industry. With brewing and agricultural roots that stretch back to the late 1700s, Niagara-on-the-Lake is the perfect home for The Exchange’s approach to brewing, which blends traditional and modern techniques and equipment.
