The Exchange Brewery is pleased to announce that its Elderflower Saison (473ml can format) is now available at LCBO stores across Ontario. This limited release is a collaboration with The Beer Sisters.
This Saison was brewed with elderflower and wildflower honey from Niagara. It was fermented with a mixed culture and aged in red wine barrels.

ABV: 6.4% | IBU: 21 | SRM: 5 | hops: Tettnang, Hallertau
Tasting notes: With a light-medium body, this easy-drinking Saison beer is purposely tart and funky. The classic spicy, herbal and floral characteristics of a Saison are rounded out by subtle sweetness from the honey. Pleasing dry finish.
